Why clay, why now

For centuries, Indian kitchens cooked in clay, stored water in matkas and set curd in earthen pots. Steel, plastic and non-stick replaced most of it, often for convenience rather than because they were better.

Ceronex Kitchen & Living was founded in New Delhi in 2026 to make well-made earthenware easy to buy and easy to live with. We focus on natural, unglazed clay and terracotta: cookware, tableware, storage and household pieces, plus a home collection of planters, lamps and diyas.

What we stand for

• Natural materials. Fired earth, with no glaze, paint or coating on food-contact surfaces.
• Hand-made. Pieces are thrown, shaped and fired by potters, so no two are identical.
• Clear information. Each listing tells you plainly whether a piece is stovetop cookware, for serving and storage, or décor only.
• No exaggerated claims. Clay is a lovely material to cook and live with. We don’t promise medical or health benefits.
