About this piece
A wide, low-sided brazing pan in 6/8 mm aluminium, made for searing and slow braising in quantity. It has a reinforced rim, brushed finish and riveted heavy duty steel handles. Comes with a heavy duty lid.

Use & care
Wash before first use. Cook on a low to medium flame and let the pan heat gradually; do not heat it empty for long. Use wooden or silicone tools on non-stick surfaces. Wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, and dry straight away to keep the finish bright.
