About this piece
A shallow dish for roasted vegetables, paneer tikka or a baked pasta. Place it in a cold oven and let it heat with the oven — clay doesn’t like sudden temperature changes. Not for stovetop use.

Use & care
Soak in water for 15 minutes before each use. Put the dish into a cold oven and let it heat with the oven; take it out onto a wooden board or cloth, never a cold or wet surface. Not for stovetop or microwave grill use. Wash by hand without soap and dry fully.
